在 KFC Pet Hat 的設計中，番茄醬必須具備兩點：

♡ A natural curve and flow, just like freshly squeezed tomato sauce
Step 1. 找到黃金比例的曲線 🔎 Find the golden‑ratio curve
醬料條的長短與彎曲角度，都是多次反覆調整出來的。
因為擺在桌上看似完美的曲線，戴到貓頭上就可能「跑型」，因為立體造型會改變布條的走向。
所以每次樣品的流程都是：戴到貓模特兒頭上 → 拍照錄影 → 調整 → 回到第一步。
（一定要備齊很多肉泥，貓模特兒才願意工作😹）
這頂 Kitty Fried Chicken Pet Hat （KFC Pet Hat）上的 1 條番茄醬，修改了 10 次以上，才能達到「視覺聚焦在貓臉＋一看就好吃」的效果。
The length and curve of the sauce strip were fine‑tuned through many rounds of adjustments.
A curve that looks perfect on the table can easily “go out of shape” once placed on a cat’s head, as the three‑dimensional form changes the fabric’s flow.
So the sample process always went like this: put it on the cat model → take photos and videos → adjust → back to step one.
(And yes, plenty of meat paste was required to keep the cat model cooperative 😹)
On this Kitty Fried Chicken Pet Hat (KFC Pet Hat), a single strip of tomato sauce was revised more than 10 times to achieve the effect of「 drawing the eye to the cat’s face + looking delicious at first glance. 」
Step 2. 縫製的挑戰 🧵 The Sewing Challenge
找到黃金曲線只是第一關。
更大的挑戰——醬料布條是特殊毛線，" 不能先固定 "，必須邊踩縫紉機、邊用手調整曲線。
金黃酥脆的布料也不能畫定位點，全靠記憶力完成。
結果就是：只要手一抖、布料一滑，就得重來一次。
（耐心和心臟都逼近臨界點 💦）
Finding the golden curve was only the first step.
The bigger challenge — the sauce strip is made of special yarn and cannot be pre‑fixed. It has to be sewn on while simultaneously adjusting the curve by hand.
The golden, crispy fabric also can’t be marked with guide points, so the entire process relies on memory.
The result? One slip of the hand or shift of the fabric, and it’s back to square one.
(Patience and heart rate both pushed to the limit 💦)
